you cant just quote for a project like that, get the piece of land first. then get an approvrddrawong.. after that a quantity surveyor will do theB.O.Q to give you the estimate. i can help with the land though... have some plot in kubwa for sale. contact me if you're interestrd

Hi good people of NL, I am about to start a project of a 6 flat three story(Three bedroom flat each), Please can anyone help with a full quote of how much it will take to build it, Also estimated cost of land would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
