quote me anyway and let your carpenter also quote me, this quotation is outrageous and your carpenter sound like a like criminal, firstly there is nothing like semi hardwood, what we have is either full sizes or solo sizes. I supply full sizes and full length that is measurable.

Secondly your house has a parapet roofing design and you are using a stone coated roofing sheets, i know this because of your kingpost of 18ft.

Thirdly your house measurement is 54 ft by 33 ft because we measure wood in foot.

so below is your quotation for this project.



3x4x12 (25 pcs) for wall plate @ N800 per rate

2x4x12 (300 pcs) for tie beam and rafters @ N500 Per rate

2x2x12 (480 pcs) for nogging and purlin @ N300

2x6x12 (10 pcs ) for your king post @ N800

Labour N160, 000

Note, for this quotation i stand upright and i can defend it anywhere.
