The charging port board is different from the main board. Why will they heat the screen to change a charging port.

Take your phone to a competent guy and you are good to go.

Or better still drop your location and OGs here can recommend a repairer for you.

I need assistance.
My Umidigi Bison has a charging issue, it shows that it is charging but the battery does not increase, sometimes when I power the phone off the battery percentage will increase, but very slow. (I have tried multiple chargers & cables).

I'm trying to change the Charging I.C, But the phone repair guy said they must heat the phone screen inorder to repair it. The screen does not have any issue & I'm concerned of them spoiling the screen.
