I have an iphone X that is not responding to touch, it doesn't fall down and it has no crack, doesn't enter water or anything. Screen just stopped working. How can I get the original Nokia 6.1 battery? The ones I replaced recently were swollen within 3 months of installation. What I noticed is that, the battery that came with it is not swollen even after replacement for over a year but the replacement I got after that was swollen. I kept both at home but up till now the "follow come" is still not swollen while the replacement was swollen. I had to dispose it off yesterday.

Presently, the one I bought again is swollen and i need urgent replacement. This is the only issue I have with the phone.

Can anyone suggest to me where I can get a genuine or factory fitted battery especially from dead phone?

I started doing the update at my office when someone saw it and said that when it completes the update, that everything in the phone will disappear. So, I off the wi-fi connection. Also, what can happen if I don't do it?
