Biologically, the sperm contains eye-fluid, your strength and life-span. Spiritually, masturbation defiles your body and weakens it in prayer and other spiritual things. Lusts defile your heart, and weakens your spirit. You can actually not help yourself spiritually, but you can as well help yourself physically. How? Mortify your flesh! Learn from those helpful advice you have had here. Always be prayerful and spirit-conscious. Learn how to be led by the Holy Spirit. Devote quiet times to God. Study your Bible always. Always stay calm whenever the urge comes, then speak to the Holy Spirit telling Him that the urge has come again and that it had cost you a lot of things and deprived you your blessings. Tell Him that you need His to help to overcome it, and ask Him what to do. Then turn to that urge and strictly tell it that your hands have been nailed to your Cross. The urge will just continue but you can actually do nothing. Just tell it that! If for weeks you didnt do it, do not be happy. Rather, go on your knees and cry to God in prayer, asking Him to forgive you of doing them in the recent past. This will surely help. If you continue this, a day will come when the urge will be extremely strong beyond your control. You just be calm and laugh it out. Then tell it you are coming back, walk away. Go to a sacred place and ask God to forgive you again and take away that urge. Stopping it is a process. Avoid immoral sights and thinking. Scrutinize your thoughts with the Scriptures. Eat the Bible hungrily.

Even if the whole world flattens, even if all the wise men and prophets or pastors tell lies, that does not change God from being God. The breath which you breathe can testify against you. Fool!
