My wife has finished her program and will be applying for PGWP.
our 2 kids have been with her in Canada and they have Visitors record,while I only have Visitors visa which I go and stay with them once a while and each time I go I stay 6 months.

My question now is, as she is applying for her 3 year PGWP, can I apply along for SOWP for myself and study permit for the two kids(3 & 5) respectively??

We have a total of $150k CAD which is in 3 different accounts, 2(1 Canada and 1 Nigeria) of the accounts in her name and one in my name in Nigeria.

Thanks to the Dangote refinery that has finally come to our rescue in the energy sector.
With the current inflation in the country, any hike in PMS pump price will further aggravate the sufferings of Nigerians.
In my candid opinion, the subsidy regime should be sustained. This is because I expect Dangote to sell to independent marketers or NNPCL at a reasonable price of not more than 600/700 per litre. The government can then subsidize it to at least 350/400 per litre.

What's your take on this. Remember that Dangote will be paying for crude in naira and other expenses like landing cost is no longer there.

refineries don’t buy crude from one source. Dangote has bought from Usa, Brazil in addition to the naira ones from NNPC.
His loans are in USD, most of the workers are Indians being paid with dollars, the refinery produces its own power and also has a private port.

I don’t think his cost of production is below 1,000 in this initial stages.

Same Tinubu that has opposition politicians in the bag. The opposition will still be divided and he may still take advantage to win. Take a cue from Lagos elections

oh well congrats. A friend of mine got a tech job in Netherlands, only complaint he has was language. Tho many dutch people can speak English, he has problems with signs ( like when driving in unfamiliar places) . Both have similar immigration policies of working for 5 years before qualifying for citizenship.

they have better electricity supply and dont rely on petrol that much. Many of them dont have cars too they have okada. Fuel from Nigeria is also smuggled there.

simple arithmetic shows that can't possibly be... the only savings in total cost for petrol refined locally is logistics costs of crude out and petrol into d country... that is prolly some 10,12% savings on imported petrol landing cost

this is not true. The cost of refining in Nigeria cant be same cost as in Netherlands. Economics of scale, efficiency gains, cost of financing, cost of energy, cost of maintaining his private export terminal/port. Etc

nobody said so lol. Cement for example is not cheap even tho its produced here. Landing cost of the imported fuel was around 1100. Before dangote cost of production will reduce it may take time. Allegedly it currently costs him about 1300 which NNpC will subsidize.
