People who don't need experience are people in hot skills such as doctors, nurses, health minders.... generally the health world. These ones just need exam to write before been selected.

again you don’t know what you are talking about. Canadian experience helps but people with non Canadian experience still get jobs in those specific careers. Someone close to me with experience from a Nigerian bank got a job recently in a Canadian bank. Same job role, no certification no Canadian experience. But this person applied for over 50 roles to land one offer.
