The men are not innocent. Abroad requires that the woman contribute. But many 9ja men don’t want to do house chores remember they had maids in Nigeria or the wife did all. So make the woman dey work still take care of kids, chores and cook while you chill Some men beat their wives in Nigeria and the women got their vengeance when they relocated. There are also 9ja women in the abroad that refuse to contribute to bills . In most cases the man has been paying her bills while dating and marriage. They are used to my money my money nonsense. The man will get frustrated and marriage scatters |

Voltron007: I say let me use google map and search for Nigerian restaurant near me since I’m in a new town. The first suggestion I got was “Suya spot”, 3km from me. Na so I rush go there. From the reception I should have known it’s a scam. The attendant was Ghanaian while her assistant - a Cameroonian.
Na so I ordered egusi soup and pounded yam. Cut long story short, I had to trash the food. Na so $37 take waste.
Ghanaians will be using Nigerian names to attract customers only to end up selling crap.
the owner in the kitchen is likely Nigerian. Went to a Nigerian restaurant in Mississauga and the attendants were Indians. I assumed they must have lived in Nigeria at some point. Only for the owner to come pick something outside. Even if, Indians are selling oyinbo and Mexican food and we dey chop am. Nigerian restaurants many times are hit and miss. He fit sweet today, tomorrow trash 😂. |

xandy84: If you have lived in Canada as you claimed, then you will know that there are home depot stores in Canada and people still stand at the entrance of such stores offering their services to anybody who need helps and they get paid for such. Such jobs are not "Under the table" like you said but there are rules that prevent you from reporting such job to internal revenue. For example, it's makes no sense to report to IRS someone cutting your grass for $50. That will be waste of time. I agree with you people can lose their post grad visa cos of overworking but they can take up side gig that does not report hours. Delivering pizza or doordash, Uber eat does not count hours either.I had lived long enough in US to come to conclusion that there are many ways to skin a cat here. Just make it here first before you start to worry yourself about less important stuff. u guys are enjoying in the USA every one knows. Usa is not like Canada. Uber and doordash are now required to report income/time worked to our tax authorities here starting last month. Many students can no longer work over the 20 hours. Soliciting in home depot here will get you arrested 😂 |
Travel › Re: What Country Can My Friend Travel To With A Budget 7m - 10m Naira? by ednut1(m): 9:38pm On Feb 21, 2025 |
xandy84: Every work is not hourly in US that I know about. I own a company and offer job to people that pays by the job as a need basis. For example, you can go to home depot and pick up people to help with project and pay them when they are done. To say people can't work beyond 20 hours a week is ignorant to say the least. There is nothing criminal to help other shove snow or pave driveway and get paid. Nobody cares if its one hour, 100 hours it takes you to finish the job. Everybody does it. Americans, Mexicans and Africans. Your comment suggest you either still in Niaja or live in glass bubble in abroad. did i mention USA in my post I said uk or Canada. I have lived and worked in both countries. So no come here con form psuedo intellectual. The post i was responding to was about study visa. People have been denied post graduate visas in uk and Canada for working over the 20 hours their student visa allows. Na u dey bubble, in America everyone knows its easy to work under the table |

ahmedio2017: Don't be decieved, 10million is not a small money it will go a long way, try work visa . Even it will be enough for study too u just need to be strategic, at least with 6million you should be a ble to pay part of your school fee then when I enter you pay the remaining balance. Just be smart this is what has led many to depression, death, dropping out etc. in countries like UK and Canada where u are only allowed 20 hours a week work as a student plus high cost of living/ unemployment rate. U go just suffer for nothing. In most developed countries Its a criminal offence to pay for work visa plus majority of them are scams. See these one below that scammer their fellow Nigerians for UK COS. Una go wise by force

Makavelli001: "BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE ME IN BETWEEN THE CROSSROADS, REMEMBER YOUR WORDS ON THAT DAY I BROUGHT THE MONEY MADE FROM THE SALES OF MY FATHER'S MOTORCYCLE TO YOU IN FESTAC TO RECORD YOUR FIRST SONG"~~Annie Macaulay.
2 Face Idibia's estranged wife, Annie Idibia Macaulay has penned an emotional letter for her man. The lady whose battling with her mental health has taken time to address 2 Baba after the African King announced their divorce which is already in process. 2Baba went ahead to engage his new found love, Honorable Natasha.
She Wrote:
""Dear Innocent, this is my first and only true love; forgive me if I have disrespected you by calling your name.
You have left me with no choice as I am still trying to understand how you are gradually slipping away from my warm hands.
I don't want to believe you are following the money because, for over 22 years, I have been married to you; we have never lacked anything courtesy of God's grace.
I don't want to believe you are trying to make a name because your name is my last name and it is loud on the lips of everyone across Africa and beyond.
Looking at you and the sudden change in retrospection of where we are coming from and how far we have traveled through life's journey, I ask myself, where did I go wrong? How did I become so irritating to you?
Have you forgotten so soon? What happened to "Together Forever"? What happened to our mantra of never letting go no matter how hard we fight?
Have you forgotten how i had to sneak out my father's motorcycle, sold it and brought the money to you to record your first song?
Pleaae Innocent, you need time to think. Do not get carried away. I love you forever❤️""~~Annie Macaulay lies |

This is supposed to be the last line of action before I involve the parents tomorrow and so on. I sent in a WP application which was refused and told her I've been asked to leave, after backs and forth, it worked. She sent the money!!! Thank you you guys will reconcile soon and later marry 😅 |
