Hullabaloon:

I practised this for weeks. Got mastery over my PC muscles. Then decided to masturbate and see if it'll work. It did, I held the semen back and felt all the sensations of cumming without cumming.

But, the problem is I lost erection.

And it's not once. Anytime I use masturbation to check my progress with the Kegel exercise, I always push back the semen but go on to lose the erection immediately.

I've not had sex Yet, and I'm scared it'll be same issue. What do I do?
Sorry, I've been too busy to check this thread since.
You're quite right on this one. If the pc muscle is clenched to stop releasing, you'll definitely lose some erection but not all and that's how the magic happens. At least, the slightly reduced erection is still enough for penetration and that's how you can keep going until your wife climaxes. And when you continue after losing some erection, you will realize that your erection comes back strong as you continue penetrating and the process can be circled for as long as you want. I've personally circled without releasing for over 2 hours.

How can a goal keeper of Onana's standard commit such a gaffe?

Southampton are not in the bottom of the table for nothing. They deserve relegation from day one and they are working very hard for it

Very dumb idea from a dumb party. So PDP will send a gun wielding thug to disrupt the tribunal wearing a PDP shirt? Why is apc so dumb And their daft state chairman quickly put out a statement condemning their arranged act. Keep fooling yourselves.

That's a fallacy! In a country where humans inhabit, inec boss would be in jail for Budgeting money to install servers that we can't see and were never used. We celebrate criminals in this country

Which loss?

Chelsea snatched draw from the mouth of defeat
They were fortunate to even draw
Maresca should better go and sought himself out because if he doesn't
I see him getting sacked by season end
Pocchetino is better than Him
maresca is clearly overated. Dude is seriously clueless as we all can see

If Chelsea can be bold enough to foolishly lose to Ipswich then, we can't win any match like this going forward

Tosin needs to attend a class for ogbologbo. He seems uncomfortable playing in the epl. He hasn't proven himself and that's why an 18 year old will be playing ahead of him

If Chelsea doesn't get a prolific striker before the end of January transfer window they should forget about making top4 or winning any trophy.

Jackson is an idiòt.
Jackson with his smelling mouth even had the brashness to tell mikel to shut up. He is not a Chelsea striker. Dude lacks goal scoring ability

If care is not taken Chelsea may be not make top four this season.
Once Chelsea lose this match, that's bye bye to top 4. We don't deserve that position as it stands if we're to be losing every week to small teams

I see many senseless comments here. Many expect Tinubu to fix power by now already but couldn't question Dangote refinery that took more than 10 years to build. Is it usually as fast as that ni?

I still maintain it. How Obasanjo spent $16b between 1999 and 2007 on power and situations remain like this baffle me. Its someone who has spend less than 2 years they are calling for his head. Is that no it senseless?
Our inability to confirm statements before spreading falsehood is a bane on our nation. Did Obasanjo ever spend $16B on power?
