Could be he made 4 copies of each for reasons below


Gave one copy to his parent/guardian to sign ( just one page signed out of 4, it comes back to him with the remaining pages blank)

Gave one copy to an officer to acknowledge his local government (also, 1 page signed, others blank)

Did the same for the remaining two copies

NB: I remember 2013, I gave an officer just the local government attestation form to sign, he said he won't sign it until he sees the entire print out (that is the one carrying both local government attestation, parent/guardian as well as the photo card)


By doing this, when all comes back, you just attach the signed ones to complete what you need and keep the rest,

an officer or a good Samaritan may come and say give me one of your forms, I think I know someone who can help, is that when you start running to a cafe?

I am not saying everyone should do like me but at least, for a safer side, one should have soft copies aside enough hard copies.

If NA says we should print coloured today, I'd just access the e-copies and reprint.

I downloaded the files on system after registration, copied them to the phone and then pushed it into google drive.

It doesn't cost me one naira, coz I printed with my printer.

But no matter how, even if you register in a CAFE, you can just tell them to help u send the soft copies to your phones, they'd gladly do it without any surcharging.

Seriously, it is always annoying hearing things like these.

In this digital age, you are expected to have the e-copies of all the documents on your phone, system and preferably on your Google drive or mail.

Despite the fact that I've printed 4copies of each document.

I still have the soft copies on my phone, laptop and google drive.

Even if my phone and laptop are stolen together with the hard copies, I'd access it anywhere anything on my google drive account. Habah! You print one copy of a sensitive document and fill without having a soft copy elsewhere.

Let's stop living in analogue age.

No, it's not like that of Navy or Airforce. The Army doesn't do all that screening stuff. After application, it's direct to interview of shortlisted candidates.

For SSC applicants, board interview has and always been done at NDA oldsite Kaduna.

While DSSC varies from Jaji school of infantry, sometimes Army base in Benue, sometimes Army base in Enugu and most recently Jigawa NYSC orientation camp if am not mistaken.
