. Which means you were matched nov 4,2014,your oct timesheet is NOT suppose to come out and your employer did NOT sign it.

Very disheartning,GIS has defiled my prophecy and dream,all permutation and combinations,insinuations,numerous tweets and expectations.it is very unfortunate,it is no longer funny and it is not a joke,even when I tried to put calls to CC it will ring and nobody will answer,I use to believe it is TSA problem,I think it has gone beyond that,what is actually the problem and what can we do given that the problem has defiled patience and tweets.

on continuity i agree with, cos they are still verifying and approving more firms. on late payment, they should have opened up and inform us that they do not have data of whom to pay because of their suspended site, hence the delay.

Calabar report: Good evening fellow Interns, we were so blessed to have the Director of Operations, GIS and he told us dat he can't guarantee dat d program may continue beyond 2015 but if it is captured in d 2016 budget, then we are good to go. Also d somehow good news is, we will get our Oct, Nov n Dec stipends n d training stipend too so dat in case d program terminates, they won't b any problem. He also said dat he is sure dat alert will enter before 24th of December, 2015

That is true,from my conversation with the lady frm Abj,GIS may continue beyond 2015 because many steps has taken place to ensure it continuity e.g removing SUREP logo from GIS,preparing GIS budget for 2016 for approval, consistent meetings between finance perm sec and the present Govt on GIS issue which she believe is fruitful,and the youth emplyment agenda of Bua... So when the budget is approved which is likely,then GIS is good to go.On the issue of late payment of stipend she blamed it on TSA,but she said they are aware of it and that steps are currently being taking to solving the problem.

Reporting from Benin training centre,every thing going well,sound lecture good break fast and lunch,aircondition everywhere including toilet,but we just heard that surep has still not been able to access fund so the probability of getting stipend this week is not guarantee,so sad,TSA na watin we do you na,dia ris God ooo.

My advice to u all dt has seen exit n employment training mail,pls stop posting d address n phone numbers sure p sent to u guys. Cos even pple dt r not concern wil just flood dt place dt day makin d entire program rowdy. Simply tel us dt u av received exit mail in a particular state n forget about d details

It seems the dwindling revenue of the
federation has started picking up
once more, as exemplified by the
amount earned in October, 2015.
The Federation Account Allocation
Committee, FAAC, rose from its
monthly meeting in Abuja late last
night to declare grand total revenue
of N473.832 billion for October,
distributable to the federal, States
and local governments.
The amount shared among the three
tiers of governments is higher by
N146.836 billion, when compared to
the N389.936 billion distributed in
September.
The obviously elated minister of
finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun while
reacting to the marked increase
recorded in government’s finances
said “we are working assiduously as
we can to improve the country’s
revenue base.”
She explained that recovered looted
funds are not shared in FAAC
meeting, and when the amount so far
returned is made available to her,
she would inform Nigerians about it.
According to her, the Excess Crude
Account, ECA, still remains same at
$2.258 billion.
A breakdown of the amount
distributed among the three tiers of
governments shows that the gross
revenue of N400.310 billion received
for the month of October was higher
than the N321.996 billion received in
the previous month by N78.314
billion.
The finance minister explained that
“intermittent shut down and shut-in
of production for repairs and
maintenance at different Terminals
during the month continued to impact
Crude Oil and Gas revenue
negatively.
“Also, there was revenue loss of $1.3
million as a result of drop in average
price of Crude Oil from$47.315 in
August to $46.96 in September,
2015.”
However, Non-Oil revenue recorded
significant improvement in the month
under review, as about N104.212
billion collected was more than the
previous month’s Non-Oil revenue
collection.
The sum of N6.330 billion was
refunded by the NNPC to FGN. Also,
there is an exchange gain of N6.995
billion, which was also proposed for
distribution.
So my people you can see the OBVIOUS reason why october stipend has been delayed,not that FG intend to shut or has shut the program as insinuated in some quaters,payment will surely commence this week.My advice as from now is that we should wait patiently till after FG share monthly allocation(TSA wahala) before disturbing ourselves,this is exactly what I was told by one of the CC earlier this week when I called,enjoy your weekend and ready to smile this week.One love.

1. I "suspect" the program has been quashed
2. Sometime around MAY, from a reliable source I informed the house that the program will not exceed SEPTEMBER payment.
3. From an inside source, even if they pay OCTOBER stipend it will be the last, thus website downtime is intentional
4. SURE-P customer cares are just about 50-60% informed about happenings, thus they tell you what you should hear

It will not take FG anything to issue press statement on GIS proscription IF they really intend to stop the program the way it was issued on the other surep programs,so there is some reservations about what you are insinuating.I have taken my time on different occassions to call CC and other stake holders to know why the delay on payment,I discovered that it was as a result of FG policies,that is the TSA problem,surep is finding it difficult to access fund,so when it is finally accessed payment will be effected.let's hope next week,though it is frustrating we have to be patient but intensify our tweets to create more awareness to fastrack our payment.One love.

I called surep CC just now and I was told that HOPEFULLY payment will be effected next week.na so e dey be before naa,so make una cool down,no tension,alert go show by next week.
