The 21 years old was satisfied with the opportunity to represent a club the size of Marítimo, assuming the desire to help the club achieve its goals.

I am happy and grateful to have signed for Marítimo. It is a dream come true. I hope to help the club achieve its goals, said Stanley Kanu, speaking to Marítimo

The key difference is this guy didn't do MRI, never played for our U-17 but Uzoho did MRI and that is enough evidence for anybody without an agenda to believe his age, but then like a typical Nigerian y'all are quick to believe and embrace the bad gist and very reluctant for the good news
Kindly show me where I said Uzoho cheated since the argument began and at the bolded, do speak for yourself cause it's not smart to generalise

you don't have any document or valid arguement to proof that the person is 35 years old. You only rely on your so-called discretion which is totally bias. You use facial feature to conclude on a black guy age and turn a blind eyes when is come to white guy because your so-called discretion believe "white is synonym to honesty". Nonsense slavery mentality!
That you actually believe that he is 17 just because there's no Nigerian document to prove otherwise says a lot

Kindly give us 5 names of Whites that have failed MRI to believe that they're not more honest when it comes to age grade selections

Where in the whole argument did I say Uzoho cheated?

The requirements for getting a new printed birth certificate is literally your photograph passport and your money (Never more than 3k) and people even have sworn affidavits all over the place for less

So what system are you talking about?

see how you are shamelessly dancing naked in broad day light. You refused to accept the fact that people can look older than their age but you want us to believe the age of rooney, costa, zidance and vinicius despite the fact that they all looks older than their ages. I don't even wanna tag you delusional because "delusional" look good on you. You are just plain stupi'd and still suffering from mental slavery. It is people like you that shameslessly blush when a white person smile at you.

Use the same measurement... Facial feature.. to judge the age of all players (white and black) since that's now the yardstick you wanna use to unravel the true age of people. Cluelesspersin!

I'm fully clothed and I have no reason to be dancing where I am so I don't know why I should be ashamed

People can look older than their age but a 35 year old somebody should not be claiming 17 and think everyone will jump into the bandwagon kilode and for what reason?

Rubbish

my personal experiences is relevant because it is a testament to the fact that y'all resort to negative assumption when dealing with your fellow black. Why would you believe the age of a white guy even when we decide to use the same measurement y'all use to unravel the true age of African... The measurement based on facial feature. You believe rooney age despite the fact that he have the facial feature of an old man. You would also believe the age of vinicius (real Madrid teenage player) despite the fact that he looks old. Yeah, you believe their age because they ain't "African". White is synonym to "honesty" to you.

So why are you finding it hard to accept sanusi age? I'm talking about sanusi and uzoho.
In my own experience Nigerians don't always resort to negative assumptions and the irony of it all is that you're also a Nigerian

At the bolded, There's no working system in place to justify players claims on there age unlike the Europeans and North Americans and that's why you'll rarely hear about players from these continents getting disqualified from age grade competitions

I can give you a list 25 or more African players that have been disqualified since the introduction of MRI scans in 2009

The whites are not more honest than Africans but the system makes it difficult to get away with age cheating

Emancipate yourself from mental slavery and from nonsense stereotypes wrongly concocted and attributed to African!.

Black is not synonymous to "dishonesty". If you have proof of his true age, oya tell us. The joke is on you
Emancipate yourself from being delusional, You're trying too hard to make a lie to be the truth and it will not work

Africans attributed whatever stereotype associated with age cheating on themselves I don't understand how you will still blame others as though they made the selections for you

I don't care about their age because age doesn't play football. If you are good you are good as long as you ain't vying for age grade competition. So you wanna tell me that our under 17s from 2013 upward are all age cheat? Or do you wanna tell me they passed mri because the machine was faulty?. The joke is on you bro. A black man will always think another black man is a cheat just because they've unconsciously makes black synonymous to "dishonesty". Y'all need to emancipate yourself from nonsense stereotypes attributed to black people.

[s]We have a long way to go seriously. That was how my fellow Naija guy came to my site office and saw how I was being respected by my safety assistant (Asian) and site engineer as per my position as safety advisor. He said "Kelly, na wa oo, which charm dem give you from benin to get this kind job, mehn I wish I go fit kill you to take your position".[/s]

Despite the fact that he kn my qualifications and experience as hse professional and yet he still refused to acknowledge the fact that I got the position based on my qualifications and experience. My point is... Average Nigerians always like to resort to negative assumption when dealing with another black person. That is what some of you are doing here. Sanusi is now in porto and y'all think he is older than his age. Shebi na una born am?.

Y'all should free yourself from nonsense stereotypes attributed to african. Finito!!!
This story is unnecessary and you cannot use your friends reaction to justify your claims on this age cheating issue so this talk of Nigerians always resorting to negative assumptions is from your OWN experience nothing more and it is not the same with everyone else

At the bolded, I'm sure from the whole arguments no one has suggested that all Nigerians are age cheats so you cannot come to that conclusion okay, I've never had any reason to falsify my age and that is the same with a lot of people but that doesn't mean people don't falsify their age for various reasons

It used to be rampant in our age grade teams though not as before it is still an issue and that is the truth and you know it

As per the highlighted, Are you saying because no be me born this guy we should all agree that he just looks older than his age and he can actually be 17?

Nobody is justifying anything. It is not everybody/players that resort to age cheat and it is totally stup.id to make conclusion on people age based on facial feature. If you can't accept their age because of your mentality, then the joke is on you because you don't have any proof whatsoever to debunk it either, so what's the fuss about the whole arguement?. Uzoho age is 21 so accept it and stop using the nonsense stereotypical statement "Naija people na age cheat" or using their facial feature to calculate their age. It is nauseating. So if I drop my Pic here u go think say I be 25yrs cos of my soft face abi.

Check out uzoho Pic 2013.
ok I should not use my discretion to ascertain players ages because Kelly said so?
If you don't agree that age cheating is a problem in Nigeria we will never try to stop it and that's the issue here

I'm sorry but as long as the issue is still rampant in Nigeria I'll always use my discretion

And this guy is definitely 17 forget that he looks older undecided

All these arguments here about nigerian youngsters being age cheats is inconsequential IMO. A 25yrs old claiming 16yrs to gain entry into our U-17 team no concern me as long as he delivers the expected results. At the end when his mates (football age) are still balling at 30yrs+, baba would be almost 40 and worn out, a reason why we hardly see Nigerian born players at 35yrs in top level football.

However make we no dey try defend an age cheat like uzoho when it is very obvious he isn't whatever age he claims. A 16yrs old Nigerian player in our U-17 team would be 175cm tall, in the next 5-8 years same player is still 175cm.
For me height/growth is the major determinate for an age cheat because scientifically a normal male should encounter at least one growth phase between 16-20 before growth ceases, whereas almost all our U-17s claiming 16/17 no dey gree tall pass their height indicating they weren't anywhere close to the claimed age.

Make we dey talk truth, every OAU students know one part 4 student (star player) that was selected as a midfielder in our recent U-17 team (2019) and baba passed MRI?. How is it possible that a 16 yo is through with 400L before being called up to the team?. Last last 95% of every player na age cheat even osimhen self, but I no fit judge them because na the best and only way to europe for them (young age).
What is wrong will forever be wrong no matter how we try to justify it, we all know these things happen and when the issue comes up some people act like typical Nigerians and try to justify it. As if it is unusual

Great uniben! I can't really relate.
But I know for certain, there are some departments that would make you feel that way, mainly because of the nature of the lecturers and teaching style.
For example Education is synonymous with missing scripts. How do you expect one not to get frustrated.
There are some lecturers that would want to deliberately fail students.
That's why I love Engineering. You get what you write.
I partied throughout university. Womanized and all, skipped a lot of classes, I still made a 4.48
In fact I would have made a first class, if I hadn't been more unserious during my final year, for which I regret.
Yes I did read, and was naturally an above average student.
Bottom line, put in your best, and hope for the best.
Also try understand what works, those that do better than you , try liasing with them to understand better how to get better grades.
In the end, as you might later realize, grades don't matter much depending on what you hope to pursue, but get the best grades you can as it could potentially open ways for you.
If you can make a first class , please do
If you can make a 2.1 , please do
Just do your best.
Lastly , dont forget to skill up. Get a digital skill
A university certificate is not just enough these days.
Good luck
Aluta continua!!

That's Abdullahi Alfa .
I'm sure u remeber him from Iheanacho's u-17 set..

Maybe Zaidu isn't 23..maybe he is.. but it is totally wrong,(pardon me) and dumb to judge his age by his look...
A lot of people look way older or younger than their age!
Unless we have some more convincing evidence about his true age, there's nothing we can talk about..

The dude is fast! .age plays a major role in determining how fast a player can sprint on the pitch..
Most footballers at 30+ loss most of their pace... But this Zaidu is fast!

Look at Musa, some people alleged that he is over 30 or close to 40, but he is easily faster than a lot of players in our current team...
If it comes down to pace, it cannot be used because as you rightly said Musa is faster than a lot of our players and he is old, it's not unusual to see old but fast players

If you want believe he's 23 then by all means but the pictures I see don't look like a 23 year old and I might be wrong
