Politics / Re: Out-of-school Children Hit 19.7million As Education Sector Collapses Under PMB by Edopesin: 1:10pm On Sep 17, 2022
You expect someone that didn't go to school to care about education?

Of all the three main presidential aspirants only one has given a very clear view on how he plans to improve education in the country and we cannot doubt him since he has done it as governor

I don't even need to mention his name

in 2006 the number of out of school children was 6,532,169

in 2022 this number is 19,700,000+

An increase of 33.2% in 16 years

I do not give a rat ass about your condition with all due respect.
Your father was in a position to make things better for Nigerians as the former senate vp.
The least he could've done was to build a dialysis center for public use, yet he didn't.
If you end up dying, I hope it serves a lesson to your parents that money, embezzled money cannot buy life.

We can't even drill enough crude oil to meet our OPEC quota!

The answer is that we lack knowledge, and competence, and foresight, and are incapable of planning and executing.

Thankfully, they are problems we can easily solve if we accept we lack knowledge and than endeavour to acquire some.

Agenda must agend for Tinubu urchins as usual cheesy

There was much enthusiasm for the project which seeks to create hundreds of jobs as part of the Ibom Industrial City Project after it reportedly got the approval of the federal government and preferred bidders approved for the construction of the port project.

Why is the Ibom port that got approved not among there? or are you against that one also

Is a serious something
He fought abacha around the same time when he was an accountant and earning six figures in the USA

Buying stocks that must have done x1000000 probably gave him back the wealth he lost

All of us cannot be stupid at the same time, even Atiku supporters are shocked at the degree of lies and deceit

A vote for Peter Obi is a vote for sanity returning to our politics

Lol who runs and operates it ? Only NPA has authority to operate any sea port oga

States can build airports but only faan can run them

What do u even know sorry

You only argue for argument sake

The port is built and currently owned and operated by the Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited. They will continue to own and operate the port through out the concession period. The FGN is only a stake holder until the end of this period

Go to school and read what is called exclusive list ...Lagos state is just like a partner like the rest you mentioned

It's would be owned , manned and controlled by Nigerian federal government port authority

Why am I schooling you even ..is not like you can understand

Do you know what a joint venture is?

grin the Nigerian government only owns 5% of the port while the Lagos state government controls 20%

what is stopping Akwa Ibom from having major stakes in their own port like Lagos? it's not like they don't have the resources and the means to lure in investors

Sea ports and it's operations are under the exclusive list of the federal government

Has Lagos state government constructed any sea port ? Even lekki and badagry are federal government projects

You went to school but refused to be educated

https://lekkiport.com/about-lekki-port-lftz-enterprise/

Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited (LPLEL)
is a joint venture enterprise owned by a group of investors led by the Lekki Port Investment Holdings Inc (comprising China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. and Tolaram Group), the Lagos State Government and the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).

The federal government has already given them the go-ahead so nobody is stopping them

All over the world, the social media first prepares the minds of voters on ground.
It's like you still stick to the old system where ethno-religious bigotry guides the minds of Nigeria's voters?

Aisha Yesufu understands very well what she is doing.

All over the world the way information is passed to the average citizens differs, Buhari lost all the polls online in 2019 and but won the election, In the US Joe Biden won the online polls and won the election

The videos she plan on doing will not get to the streets, you and I know from previous elections that the most likely to turn on the D Day are not online

Easy for her to say from the abroad, what exactly has she done for the cause? We are taking the movement offline, the real voters are in the streets not on Twitter blowing grammars, the real voters don't speak the queens English
