L’Equipe believe Napoli could pay as much as €80m before bonuses, an amount which will likely be disputed in Italy. |

Fee ‘shouldn’t be a problem’ as Liverpool compete for €80m forwardhttps://d2x51gyc4ptf2q.cloudfront.net/content/uploads/2020/05/02131858/Victor-Osimhen-Football365-469x245.jpgLiverpool are set to compete with Napoli for the signing of Lille forward Victor Osimhen, according to reports in France. Osimhen has attracted interest throughout Europe after scoring 18 goals in 38 appearances during his breakthrough season in France. The 21-year-old sat joint-fourth in the Ligue Un goalscoring charts, level with Neymar, before the season was curtailed due to the global pandemic. Osimhen had impressed enough to be named as a ‘priority’ target for Man Utd this summer, while Inter Milan are among the continental clubs keeping a watchful eye on developments. Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham have all also been linked with a reported £75m bid received for the Nigeria international in recent months. There have been rumours in France recently that Napoli have tabled a €80m (£72.2m) offer for Osimhen but people close to the Serie A side reckon it’s much nearer €40m. And nowL’Equipe (via Sport Witness) claims that Jurgen Klopp is ‘very interested’ in signing Osimhen although the report doesn’t say that Liverpool have made a bid yet. The French publication adds that the fee for the Nigeria international ‘shouldn’t be a problem’ for Liverpool despite Klopp saying yesterday that he cannot spend “millions and millions” on squad reinforcements. https://www.football365.com/news/liverpool-victor-osimhen-lille-e80m-bid-napoli |

simiife: Is football a contact sport or not??
I think there is a big diff between "semedo didn't mean to" and "semedo didn't even make a tackle".
No tackle was made but a penalty was given, explain something to me bro. The contact is the main thing here, carassco was already on the run and away from semedo at his back Tackle or not, Carassco was on his way to score and he was tripped even though it was an accident |

simiife: Semedo was chasing carrasco and in the process, carrasco back foot slightly hit semedo's knee, semedo didn't even make a tackle and that is a penalty to u.
Is football not a contact sport. It's a penalty The contact halted his movement, it was significant enough even though semedo didn't mean to |

JorgedeToledo: If you watch the replay more closely, you will discover that Semedo's knee made contact with the trailing foot of Carrasco. This unsettled and made Carrasco trip himself. So in my opinion, that's a penalty. You're right there was contact |

TheLoneCitizen: Haaland stats are way better, in fact he has some of the best stats in the world currently, but he doesn't have enough games yet. To buttress, Haaland has very similar stats to ex-dortmund striker Paco Alcacer who had 18 goals in 11 starts compared to Haaland's 13 in 11. Paco Alcacer had the best stats that time.
When Osimhen plays for Napoli who are at the same level with Dortmund, we'll compare with Haaland's first full season. Goals are great but there are other aspects of games that makes one a complete player. baba at the end of the day goals are the main thing, the rest are just add ons |
