Bro your phone is infected with virus, a factory reset would be just fine but you're scared of losing your contacts or there about


If you have a Google account, go to settings and sync it with your contacts and what ever.


Any other files that are very important, screenshot and move them to your m-card, remove your sim and m-card before doing the factory reset, you can do it yourself, no allow those flashers chop your money...


Afterwards when your phone comes a fresh, put In your Gmail details, resync the phone and most of your informations would return, as long as you know what you're doing...


BTW all my numbers are stored in my Gmail, so without my sim all my numbers can be moved from one phone to another as long as I sync my Google accounts.
