Una no know how much hard life is for an average medical student in a federal university(can't tell about others)—particularly among the top 10 medical schools.

One just started snubbing, ignoring all my attempts to communicate with her.
These hypogamy and hypergamy are actually real in dating, I believe, the female medics only believe they are marrying at par not even marrying up (hypergamy), if they marry their colleagues or very wealthy/influential professionals while they feel they will be marrying down (hypogamy) if they see the dating move(s) coming from outside the medical field from my several experiences.

My Male Doctor friend always discourage me from dating them, he personally says, he knows how they behave in medical school and he finally married of recent outside the profession.

I quite agree with you, the first one just waited for a little misunderstanding and zoomed off and started blocking me from all social media platforms and she is still yet to marry since 2018, she is now a doctor for like five years now and still not married just taking her shots with the de creme la creme of the society... Hoping one works. I couldn't agree more with this.

I have come around female medical students and doctors, when it comes to acceptance of friendship, that is on a slight note but when it comes to furthering ahead for courtship or marital settlement, they just start telling you that they are only interested in friendship and not marriage that they are not looking at that picture even though, the spark in the relationship was already there initially when at the point of getting to know one another...

Then just a mistake in the relationship, you see them blocking and backing out when it could have easily been reconciled.
