Can someone explain the cgpa requirements? I have bachelor's from Nigeria and two MSc from the UK. I want to apply for a PhD, possibly with scholarship

I would suggest do a research and see if you can get a scholarship for the PhD to save cost

Thank you. Actually, the program is PhD three years, International Relation and tuition per year is 540 euro. I contacted BLS Visa application and they indicated the documents needed for the visa

They mentioned that they don't accept transcripts

Applied at the BLS on the 4th of June after booking 2 days prior. I used premium service, it was fast and easy. It is July 16th now, still waiting for my passport. Hopefully I get that Visa. I've learned so much about Spain Study Visa, with the proper information and patience you have no problem whatsoever.

Are you applying for Masters or PhD?

Are you going for masters..if yes you can use your Nigerian Bsc&transcript for authentication and Embassy legalization.
Embassy legalization fee now is 64,000, with 3- 4 weeks your certificate will be legalized and we can assist you in doing that if need be.
Check the attached.

PhD

You can use your Bsc&transcript, master and transcript, you will authenticate both, at ministry of education and Foreign Affairs.
You will submit your masters and transcript to embassy for legalization, but embassy will want to sight your authenticated Bsc&transcript to know weather you past through university before obtaining the masters. So it is your masters and transcript that will be legalized.
Then you can proceed with admission, though there are some schools also you can apply with unlegalized documents.

Do you know how much it costs? My bachelor's is Nigerian and I have a UK Masters too, do I need to legalize that as well?
