He's a fuckïng idiot. Most girls have stretch marks, no matter how little or unobvious it is. It's almost inevitable. Didn't he see the marks on her arm before he went ahead to DATE her? Besides , if he truly loves her, he should not make stretch marks an issue with his girlfriend. It's not as if she brought it upon herself. So the solution is he should either break up with His girl or just accept her the way she is as stretch marks have no cure.

Secondly,please break up with that girl. You're not worth her and she doesn't deserve a douche like you.
Thirdly, didn't you know she was "ridden" with stretch marks before you went ahead to date her? If you can't see beyond her flaws, then you never loved her. Don't worry, when you're 18, you'd understand this.
Finally,don't be deceived by all these miracle products claiming to get rid of stretch marks. Stretch marks are there to stay, they can't be eliminated. The only effective method is through laser surgery which is very expensive(costs about $500 upwards) and it doesn't even totally erase the marks, it only fades them to the minimum.
