234GT: So those in government should be irresponsible? They should keep stealing money and flaunting ill-gotten wealth because we are not supposed to expect good things from them? Are we supposed to depend on our brains only without any support from those we elected to make life better for us?

you just displayed your mental level.
go back and study politics.
nex: It is very shameful that after such a dastardly act carried out unilaterally by the Israeli government against an African country, Africans can come online and be singing praises against such an enemy nation. Some people have become so shortsighted by their religious inclinations, they seem even excited by this unprovoked attack.

The African Union is doing nothing because each is satisfied that it wasn't their country attacked. Tomorrow, when Iran will take it upon itself to attack Southern Nigeria, I wonder if we'd be so happy and thrilled. They are using us as a testing ground to train for their war which may never come, and our people are happy.

I wish you well Africa, I really wish you well.

dont look at it from that point.
mind you,many Nigerians doesn't need a degree
to run their own things.
just give your reason why its not advisable.

However, whatever you think I still maintain that 22 is too early.Let me give you homework at what age does an average Nigerian man obtain first degree? Physically speaking is or can a 22 years old man be deemed to be mature?
Politics / Afghan Bomber Kills 40 At Mosque by eduson55(m): 8:14am On Oct 29, 2012
Kabul: A suicide bomber killed more than 40 people, including five children, when he struck at a mosque in northern Afghanistan after Eid Al Adha prayers yesterday.

It was the worst death toll in a single attack in Afghanistan since 80 died on December 6 last year in a suicide blast at a shrine in Kabul on the Shiite holy day of Ashura.

At least 50 others were wounded as the bomb — reportedly stuffed with ball-bearings — exploded in a crowd of worshippers in Maymana city in Faryab province.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but suicide bombings are a favourite weapon of Taliban Islamists trying to topple the western-backed government of President Hamid Karzai.

Provincial police chief Abdul Khaliq Aqsai said he believed the attack was revenge for the killing of the Taliban’s “shadow governor” for the province in a clash with security forces on Thursday.

The attacker was wearing a police uniform when he blew himself up at the entrance to the city’s packed Eid Gah mosque, deputy provincial governor Abdul Satar Barez said.
“We have 42 dead — more than 20 are security forces and the rest of them are civilians, including five or six children,” he said.

“Around 51 are wounded, some 15 of them critically injured.”

A member of parliament for Faryab, Naqeebullah Fayeq, who was present during the attack put the death toll at 47.

Barez, like many other provincial officials, was also at the scene at the time of the bombing and described the horror of the blast in the midst of a religious celebration.

“We had just finished Eid Al Adha prayers and we were congratulating and hugging each other,” Barez said.

“Suddenly a big explosion took place and the area was full of dust and smoke and body parts of police and civilians were all over the place. It was a very powerful explosion.”

One eyewitness, Sayed Moqeed, described the bomber as appearing to be in his early teens.

“Suddenly I heard a very big explosion,” he said. “Everywhere were pieces of bodies, hands and limbs. The suicide attacker was in police uniform, he looked to be around 14 or 15 years old.”

Karzai strongly condemned the attack, calling the perpetrators “the enemies of Islam and humanity”.

“Those who take the happiness of Muslims during Eid days cannot be called human and Muslim,” he said.

The United States embassy said the “attack against innocent worshippers further demonstrates the insurgency’s lack of respect for religion, faith and its disregard for the safety and security of the Afghan people”.

The commander of NATO’S International Security Assistance Force, General John Allen, condemned “this heinous act” and offered ISAF’s resources to “help however we can”.

Northern Afghanistan is relatively peaceful, with the Taliban, who were ousted from power in a US-led invasion in 2001, concentrating their operations in the south and east of the country.

But they have recently stepped up their activities in the north, despite the presence of more than 100,000 NATO troops in the country.

Last week, a huge roadside bomb ripped through a minibus carrying guests to a wedding party in the northern province of Balkh, near Faryab, killing 19 people and wounding 16 others.

1.what is sudan doing with a bomb factory where as almost all her indigen doesn't feed well?
2.these countries have no human sense,so they need to be prevented earlier.
3.imagine if Iran/Pakistan is the world power, what do you think would happen?

I was once a victim of that bad habit until i stopped it. I have stopped it for about three or four yrs ago. And I don't find any reason to go back to it again. You need to be self determined to stop it. If you don't stop, it will have effect on sexual performance in the future.

Literature / Re: "I'm" Or "Am" - Why Are We Such Careless Users Of The English Language? by eduson55(m): 1:08pm On Oct 28, 2012
**organization
**sophisticated aboki
dabigwalls: I have often come across people in writing substitute the use of "I'm" with "am". It is becoming a careless error that is gradually creeping into professional writing and it is to say the least appalling that even graduates have no clue. There was a time people would say "it's my lucky" rather than "it's my luck", etc

"I'm" is the abbreviated form of "I am" so when "am" is used alone, it may pass in speech but never ever in an application to a serious orgarnisation or employer. Never write "am hoping that..." -in an email or letter. Rather in speech, it should be "I am hoping..." -and not even the correct abbreviation "I'm".

This may not affect the prices of many things in the market o but a trained and sofisticated HR recruiting unit may perceive such candidates as weak potentials - even if the contrary were true.
