I know there are a lot of factors here but what is the average cost of labor to plaster a standard 5 bedroom duplex in south east Nigeria.

I already got a quote for 3 MILLION including dressing of 40 windows and 25 doors.

I think this is on the high side.
What do you think?

We are pleased to announce here that Tunward project consult, handled the design and construction from start to roof level of this beautiful edifice 2 bedroom 2 units Airbnb building located at Idi agbon off Olorunda, Akobo. Ibadan.

Some weeks back Tunward project consult was contacted by a Nairalander for the design of twin building that consist of 4 bedroom bungalow and 2 units of 2 bedroom block of flats on two plots of land. The client want the design to match one of our previously posted 4 bedroom design here on Nairaland. We came out with this lovely design, and she committed us to supervise the construction of the two foundations and the construction of the 4 bedroom building to roof level. Though we have completed it already, but I will update us with the construction progress photograph.
