Likely cost? The 4 units of 3bedroom flats will be affordable if it’s storey! Because considering the cost of roof and the foundation for the additional two units will equivalent to the cost of the suspended floor. Also the storey will save space, compare to the bungalow that will accommodate more space. For the storey and the 2units of the 2bedroom bungalow, it can be situated on a full plot of land of 60ft*120ft, but their will not be room for more space for car pack. As the land will be choked. At least it should have a space to pack 10 cars. 2 cars for each occupants of the 3bedroom making the total of 8, and 1 car each for the 2bedroom making the whole total of 10. To have this, it will call for 2plots. But if the whole flats is bungalow, it will be ok on 2full plots of land.
