It is people like you that will not allow evil minded human beings to change. You should not defend a callous soul whose pedigree you are unfamiliar with. Every constructive criticism leads to correction but when people like you collect money to paint a satan in human form in the person of Ifeanyi Ubah as an angel then you belong to the satanic kingdom to which he belongs.
If you want to know now “nice and godly” he is, go and interview his workers and customers whose lives have been turned upside down by his deleterious, and deceitful lifestyle. I pray that one of your siblings become his employee.
What is bothering me about Nigerians who are supposed to be highly educated like you is that with money they can fabricate 10 pages of lies to the public. The same goes for those who give undeserving awards.
Under the employment of the man you and your cohort described as labour friendly, salaries have not been paid to workers since the year 2016 even with unhindered cash inflow. He uses the non-payment of salaries to garner sympathy form well-meaning people, yet he will not pay salaries after collecting the funds which he then diverts into throwing elaborate parties and so on.
It amounts to enslavement of innocent people when you employ 5000 workforce and refuse to pay them. In the employment under the man you describe as labour friendly:
1. No condition of service
2. No leave
3. No leave allowance
4. No Transport allowance
5. No medical facilities, by extension, no clinics to take care of injured staff
6. No letter of employment
Your emolument is not subject to incremental range, your entry point is what you maintain until you leave the company, and there are no gratuity / pension packages. Rather than paying staff salaries, he goes about organizing musical jamborees to which hundreds of millions of naira is committed.
His crime to humanity is endless, Family lives among his employees have been bastardized as more than 30 % of marriages have broken down.
Many of his customers have no better story to tell, many who paid for products cannot get supply and in the process, property collaterals are forfeited to the banks where they got bank facility to finance such deal. Nigerians must pray not to have two of his kind.
