Good afternoon

Pls I need help concerning my nysc.

I'm currently working and it is difficult for me to miss work for 2days not to say 3 weeks for orientation camp.
And it is important i do my nysc as my certificate is important and would go a long way in my carrier.

My question now is:

Is it possible to miss the 3 weeks orientation camp.
Is it possible for someone else to do the orientation camp thing for you.
Let's say they deploy me to kaduna or one far state, how to I go about it, because I work and live in lagos.
