Gedes released his debut studio mixtape “The Waiter’s Theory” exactly a year ago, Ever since then the boy has relentlessly been dropping freestyles and jumping on a couple of features.
Now he just wowed everybody with a follow up project dubbed “Random Project”.
Keeping the project personal, Gedes features only one act – Cyclone on ‘Bigger Than Life’. The project has a total of 8 tracks with production credits to his kid Brother Sir Presh, Synx and Khalil Masia.

In anticipation of his Random Projet(project) which would be out this year, the lyricists (after a long period of silence)decides to drop a freestyle which he titles kingdom.
Kingdom is a song recorded early this year and is meant to announce the rappers presence in the nigeria music(hip-hop) scene, on it he features two other lyrical gurus TPOPS and GUNZZ.

Sequel to the release of his debut mixtape ‘The Waiter's Theory’, Which featured hip-hop heads like T.R (Terry Tha Rapman), A-Q, BlaqBonez, Phlow, Butafly, Veedee, Fecko and many others - fast-rising MC, Gedes decides to unleash his collaboration "For My Team" with the King Slayer - A-Q off the #TwT tape.

The song "For My Team" starts with a brief skit which sees the two lyricists revealing why they Rap. "I rap to educate people; of course, the money sef na motivation." - Says Lord Gedes, AQ on the other hand brags thus: “funny thing is I don’t really like rapping// I just like to look up faces of rappers when I out-rap them//”. This masterpiece is filled with catchy wordplays and heavy punchlines.

No doubt, Gedes has experienced a tremendous increase in prestige following the #TwT buzz and subsequent to that, the record "For My Team" is intended to fortify his reputation as one of Nigeria’s best underground rappers in Nigeria.
