This is Mario Puzo's view of money and politics. If PMB's fight against corruptions will yield gains, I suggest the EFCC should begin to look into the HMOs: how much is raked monthly from poor employees and why the health service providers are so heavily owed at the detriment of the common people (workers). Lest, the private sector becomes a principality or another phase of BH

In lieu of our National Politics, it is my view that the people at the helms of affairs clear cut TO DOs for some organs of the government. I take on the APCON, as media contents play huge roles at Nation Building as it may make or mal. We put this in public view for feedback as well as sensitize our creative agencies to be more firm at being constructive: 1. Its a height of insult and National disregard to have people stand upon the Nigerian Map in the name advertising Airtel and call it creativity? 2. Nigerians have refused to forget our old lesson from Intergrated Science that the Skin is the 3rd major respiratory Organ of our bodies and in the name ADs, we would be advised to lock up our skins.-Detol 3. That, to name a package of a brand a Hungry Man Size is also insultive and if it is so called in order countries, we ask you be more respectful here. 4. We ask that APCON, as the ADs regulatory body look in. Thank you. |
Thats a good one bro. Beautiful ADs are beautiful ADs, you cant snatch that off. Outside the brands, model and the agencies, I would like to call the APCON's attention, as a screening body, to some ADs that so misinform massively and some even insult National pride and we can name them. The media have a way of hypnotising, if I may use that, the audience. How could brands then, be insulting the federation, misinforming the people and such be endorsed by APCON. We could be more progressively creative in our Brands impression, yet rightly possition the overall picture of what we stand for. Thank you. |
I am of strong opinion that the TVCs on Nigerian TV should be passed through some sort of screening, may be with some new criteria as some brands have started to technically and deliberately misinform and mislead Nigerians. Please say your mind. |
This is a WOW concept, but seems excluding non-BB users. I am one. We can also discuss on this forum as well as include more platforms, e.g WhatsApp, which almost as widely used. My interest is great.

DIRT IN THE CITY The heap of dirt dumped in the heart of Ojota city is right now causing more menace as this may sound. Such mountain of germs is far below healthy at such domestic location. The many environmental health efforts of our beloved government have not seemed to address the level of hygen and health harzard that constitute to the residents of Ojota. I reside here and I know how the smell travels across the whole city from dusk to dawn. I wanna use this medium to appeal to the kind and caring government of Lagos to view from this new perspective. |
