Foreign Affairs / Re: Cape Town To Overtake Joburg As Africa's Wealthiest City By 2030 (PICS) by Efuaye(m): 9:48am On May 10
I have lived in Lagos for over 30 years. since early '90s to be precise.
Lagos is over rated.
Cape Town and Johannesburg are two cities not to be compared with Lagos. They are far too advanced than Lagos. Sentiments aside.
Yes, the white man built those cities and left it late for the indigenes to manage ditto for Lagos.
Anyone shouting Lagos, probably haven't traversed the world's major cities.
Make our government dey try abeg.

Professor Ambrose Ali if my memory serves me well, couldn't speak Esan language but ended up being the best governor of the then Bendel state. AI might end up beating that record if elected looking at his past records.
Asue is the best candidate.

It took me 3 hours from Agbara to Covenant University plying that road! The wear and tear on my vehicle took me a fortune to correct.

First, get the dog antiseptic, medicated soap and powder.
Fumigate your compound. Repeat the process every two or three weeks.
Take her to the veterinarian for checkups and treatment if necessary.
Try restraining your dog from unhealthy exposures

Politics / Re: House Of Representatives Summons Petroleum Minister Over Fuel Scarcity by Efuaye(m): 5:02pm On Apr 30
What would they do to him? Nothing!
He's just the minister of state for petroleum. The real minister who cannot be summoned is the President, the defacto minister!
I never knew someone in my lifetime would be a worse president than Buhari.

Politics / Re: Hardship: Stop Crying, Election Has Consequences, Things May Get Worse by Efuaye(m): 4:55pm On Apr 30
Nigerians will never learn to vote competence over ethnicity, religion and party no matter how they suffer.
If someone told me that after the disastrous years of Buhari, we would have a worse government I would never have believed him!

Conduct another election tomorrow, they will still vote for him in line with the sentiments that brought him in in the first instance.

savenaijatoday:
In 2015, we rejected Goodluck, we got a disaster called Buhari. Again, in 2023, we rejected light and chose darkness, hunger and pains, ebi and npawa everywhere. Now here we're regretting. But this is the beginning. The man at the helm is grossly clueless. For those crying that they can't afford food, water, light or fuel. I have no pity for you. Your woes just started. If you survive the evil regime, you will learn how to vote in future.
Politics / Re: Peter Obi Vehemently Condemns Lagos-Calabar Highway As A Misplaced Priority by Efuaye(m): 4:30pm On Apr 30
If at all the project will continue, it will stop at the Lagos-Ogun border for obvious reasons!
If the intention was really to build that road, it would have been contracted to three different construction companies like Jonathan did Ibadan expressway.
Politics / Re: Uzodimma Appoints Self Commissioner For Lands In Imo by Efuaye(m): 4:14pm On Apr 30
I hope he will not become guilty of what he's accusing the former commissioner of. Politicians have a way of amassing all the choice land to themselves using proxies.
It will start by marking all the said lands as government reservation or acquisition lands but a decoy to the real intent.

The choice of what you study should be propelled by your life’s passion, purpose, and assignments.
Studying a course because that is what is obtainable and available is a recipe for frustration and depression.
Getting a good job at graduation should be the least in your choice of a course.

Indeed u re in kindergarten as u said earlier.

Go and educate yourself, how to be power sufficient in a country, the time required to design a power project and enormous amount of money required.

Prof Nnaji commissioned his private power plant project this year, u can use that as case study. Meanwhile, despite the fact that he is a one man business, and the power plant meant for very few communities, pls do urself good, by checking when he started and when he finished.

NB. The 2-4 years u saw on screen shot, is only DESIGN (not part of beuaricratics process a minister must pass, the time to look for finances , Is sitting president even has political will to embark on such huge projects).

U would just sit down in a room apartment, blaming, critical and attacking up and down

Politics / Re: Edo 2024: Senator Okpebholo Flags Off Construction Of Onewa-uwessan Road by Efuaye(m): 10:48am On Apr 29
Same format. All for elections!
I was almost lynched last year when I to them the sudden moves by the Lagos state government to construct our community road were all for elections. The contractor has since abandoned the project as far back as August last year!
The unfortunate thing is that the format always works for them
