Please can one send Bank statement for POF to the university after 14 days of running the account for cas issuance? Or it has to be 28 days too.

Hello peeps! Please I need your advice, I want to register for tuberculosis for my wife and myself but my wife’s passport isn’t ready. There was an error in her old passport and we have applied for correction and expecting the new one hopefully mid June.
I want to ask can I go ahead and register for the TB test (June 21) using her old passport? Will this have effect on the visa application using the new passport?
Should I just wait for her passport to be ready and book appointment for TB then? Will it be too late to do TB test in July?

For those that have University of Bolton CAS, did they ask for TB certificate before issuance of CAS? My preCAS interview is next week.
