So I need a battery pack to work with it.
The options I have gotten so far is

1. 12V 104ah lithium ion battery - N185,000
2. 12V 100ah Lifepo4 battery - N203,700

Which is advisable I go for.

I don't think you're getting the point. He is basically saying the capacity was way below the 9kwh that was advertised, which means it's kind of a red flag for the brand.

So basically, even the black one for 810k is most likely not up to quoted capacity. Do your research to get maximum value for money.

Me picking the black one is because the disparity between 8kwh and 7.2 kWh in capacity test is better than the 9kwh to 7.5kwh capacity test results

Black is old one while white is the new one. Also white has Bluetooth connection to see state of battery and also a advance screen and is more aesthetic pleasing than the black which only have a small screen that shows only percentage.

First question to charge 8kwh you need to fill up the 4.2kva( max PV is 5000w) inverter. Hence you need 8 pieces of 600+ panels.
Second question. Mono facial panel may be hard to get this period because marketers and producers are majorly making bi facial panels. If your building walls cannot carry weight is when you should be looking for mono facial. Also bafical 600+ are sold from 120-135(founani store ) to confirm price.
Third question yes as long as it is 1hp to 1.5 hp ( I can be corrected though)

Fourth question 8kwh battery+ 4.2kw inverter+ 8pieces of 600+ panel and installation will be above 1.5.

Go for the highest 24v available. Some brands have 4.2kw and some have 5kw. For the panels 4kw array is okay. I.e 600+ by 8 panels

Please someone or any vendor should recommend 24v, 5kwh+ single battery that is less than 800k. Any good brand.

Hasic black 8kwh (real capacity7.2kwh) goes for 800-850k.

Yeh, charging at full Sun with 14.6V and 100Amp should get it full within 6 hours (about 8Kwh). But extra carefulness fit wound you when you consider the wiring and all that.

If you use like 50mm from inverter to battery 3yards divide into 1½ lent, it suppose to work na, abi there is another wiring connection I am missing

For such a large bank, you’ll probably need like 3 controllers.
But I don’t think such capacity is a good idea.

The highest PV in 12v I have seen is from hybrid inverter that has 2000w so maybe 5hrs the battery willing be full

You forget that you posted 40amp inbuilt mppt? This implies that 40amp is your maximum current if you want to do para_series connection and 150v is your highest voltage when you series the panel.

Also the wellion inveter is the low voltage inverter that uses higher amps but lower voltage, so you are going to need thicker wires because you are doing parallel

528w load on 5kwh battery will give you 8.5-9,5 hours estimate
