In thus case you wonder what will happen if such missiles carry nuclear war heads . This are the reason why some country with violence tendency cannot be allowed to acquire nuclear weapon .

Now if you say let's use conventional weapon...then non of them stand a chance where usa and Russia stood . Inasmuch as nuclear weapon act as deterrent against enemies attack ...is very important is not found in the hands of a mad man ...
