I applied for student visa since the 6th of September and my visa is till awaiting a decision, I have escalated twice yet nothing, my school’s initial deadline was 13th October but they moved it to 20th which is tomorrow, now they said they can’t extend it further despite the pleas. What do I do please

Please I am looking to study in Switzerland next year, please what is the process like, from admission to visa, any information would be appreciated
