So I scored 274 in Jamb last year (Still no admission) and someone told me I don't have to register for another Jamb. He says Jamb is now valid for up to three years, so I just wanted to know how true is this?

I'm at a crossroad right now cause I don't want to waste money (and time) on a new Jamb registration if it's possible for me to use last year's result and I don't want to risk losing another year(incase this news is not true).
That's why I'm asking if Jamb is truly valid for more than a year. I'm sure I'm not the only admission seeker who is concerned about this.
