Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day to day running of the entire office
- Develop methods of sale including electronic presentation of company's real estate products to prospecting patrons.
- Arrange inspection of real estate products by prospecting clients.
- List details of firm's real estate products and make necessary information of same available to prospects.
- Routinely carry out Comparative Market Analysis and communicate outcomes of same to employer.
- Assess buyers' needs and suggest fitting properties for their consideration.
- Advice prospects on merits of properties and terms of sale.
- Facilitate the documentation of closed deals.
- Ensure financial assurances and conclusions.

Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND degree holder
- 2-4 years real estate/ managing and marketing experience.
- under 35years of age.
- male or female
- Must reside on the island in Lagos.
- Must be familiar with marketing in Lagos.
- Good communication skill.
- Valid driver's license
