Have u seen the email reply from home office? So just drafting a cover letter to explain it briefly would be great right?

You have to give brief explanation about the issue since they sent the email after you left the UK. Explaining it will not affect the outcome of the visa application because you have done the right thing by leaving the UK.

It will only enhance your immigration profile by coming out clean about the issue.

@justwise evening bros, please i want to ask a question. I got to UK for my masters programme and then my dad had little issue with his business cos he owns a company and its got to do with taking contracts so he wasn't paid early enough to balance my fees of 2,000£ out of 14,000£ and then struggled to raise 1200£ and by then my Faculty had sent me email and then i had explained and pleaded with them most especially finance dept to please give me some more time to pay the balance of 800£ and i was in my final semester, they didn't and blocked my student id from gaining access to the university to receive my lecture so i used to submit my assignments via my modules until one terrible day they sent me a withdrawal letter that i can't continue my final modules again and then didnt receive any email or letter from Home office about me going back, anyway i came back to Nigeria before my visa was to expire. But now i want to travel with my hubby and son for 10days holiday should i explain it or ignore as i saw the place they asked if one was required to leave the UK or deported. And i said NO because of a truth i never received any letter or email from them then. And then few months after had returned to Nigeria home office emailed me that am witout legal status and then imformed them have left the uk for Nigeria since and sent all my flight ticket and immigration stamp in Nigeria upon arrival then the guy said to me thankn me for my co-operation that i he has indicated on their computers that have left for my country and with that it should negate any difficulties if i wish to return to the uk in future. See attached the email response from the home office guy. Note:- Have got three travel history wt Uk bfr my study visa and i always went wt my parents then for holiday so never had issues hence the issuance of my study visa. Would be submitting my application on tuesday. Pls advice me wat i shud do.? Should i write a cover letter?
