About E-Estates
The E-estates App is a mobile application that enhances living experiences for residents staying in gated communities, putting convenience at their fingertips. They help estate owners better coordinate their affairs and overall interaction/communication with the residents. The app features include emergency services, guest management, real-time vending for electricity bills and handyman services.

About the Role:
E-estates is looking for an experienced relationship/sales manager with experience in real estates or facility management, who has a strong network in the real estate industry (especially in lagos).

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities
As our relationship manager, you will:
Design and implement sales strategy
Continuously iterate on sales process
Have monthly targets of new customers
Provide weekly feedback on all sales activities to the management team.
Maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Provide ideas of innovative ways to drive sales and exceed expectations on set quotas.
Skills/Requirements:
Understanding of the real estate industry.
Existing relationships and strong networks in the real estate industry.
Experience working in a real estate / estate facility management company.
Familiarity with cold calling and direct sales processes.
Ability to observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback
Strong analytical skills.
