Hear my story is a short film written by El'lito, the film is about a boy whose mother was murder, the boy vow to kill the man who murdered his mother, after killing the man, when he looks at some people he still see the face of the person that murdered his mother.

May 31 a day so many families including mine will never forget in history as @babajidesanwoolu the governor of Lagos ordered the illegal demolition of houses and properties at Oke Ira Community (Bayeku/Igbohbo) in Ikorodu yesterday at exactly 10am.

Armed men of the Nigerian Police force (fully armed) stormed the area with thugs and group of cultists led by Shina Ketu (Eiye fraternity) with bulldozers as they leveled over 500 houses and properties worth billions of Naira including my father’s house without notice.

Oke Ira is not a government acquisition land. It was gathered that Nichemtex cooperative group took the matter to court because the family denied them access to claim more than they bought and the case is still in court.

A house we just installed the windows and doors 9days ago has been crushed by the men sent by the governor. The team was led by Engineer Omotosho from Physical and Urban planning Ministry Alausa who said it was Governor's directive.

We need Nigerians to come to our aid! We need Nigerians to quiz Sanwo Olu, we need to know why he chose to render families homeless, we need to know why he decided to demolish houses without notice without stating reasons , without giving residents an option of ratification against demolition

Over 33 widows and 11 special persons participated in the Easter progrmame which held Wednesday at the Awgu Council Hall.
The jubilant widows and other less privileged persons in attendance were given cash gifts by the guber Candidate.

Prince Chukwunta has always maintained that he is in the Enugu guber race to put Enugu in the map of the world and make life more meaningful to the people.

PRINCE CHIKWADO CHUKWUNTA: A METEOR,A CATALYST FOR PROGRESS,A MAN OF THE PEOPLE

Interpreting from his reflexes and actions, we can fairly say that Prince Gilbert Chikwado Chukwunta’s mission in business is a balance sheet of welfare and prosperity for all and that his vision in politics is the attainment of peace through justice and the projection of progress for all through service anchored on faith in our common destiny as a people as well as compassion for the hurting or displaced.

While many delight in precepts showing wide gaps between words and actions, Chukwunta believes in the power of honest examples laid daily with thoughtful actions. And with such actions demonstrating practical fidelity to mankind and illustrating that accomplishment may be worthless unless deployed as a paradigm of love, charity and care to improve society.

Born in 1975, in Obeagu, Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State to Chief and Mrs Innocent and Theresa Chukwunta, Chikwado attended Community Secondary School, Obeagu, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic,Uwana and Federal Polytechnic, Oko earning HND in 1999…He subsequently did post graduate diploma at the University of Calabar in 2002.

Upon completing national service, Chukwunta relocated to Lagos and founded Heizong Technologies Ltd, a maritime company which, under him as chairman/chief executive officer grew speedily, becoming a cognizable player in the industry and serving as a notable platform for doing good, providing job and diverse empowerment at various times for over 100 young people from his constituency and beyond.

His resonant optimism dazzles, not only through his work but also through his life.

In business, he promoted the finest ethos but realized, as it were, that while business pointed to individual prosperity and indeed gave him considerable comfort, the fate of the people is intricately tied to the actions or omissions of government. Consequently, he kept an eye in government or more appropriately, in politics since politics is the forerunner of government.

In 2011, he put his densely decorated hat in the ring, contested election to the House of Representatives for Awgu, Aninri, Oji River Federal Constituency. Unlike many to whom politics is a seasonal odyssey, remembering the people only on the eve of elections, Chukwunta has kept faith with his people, contributing to the building of formidable peace processes in communities, empowering young people as much as he can, supporting the old, weak or displaced, promoting culture as tool for harmony and above all demonstrating the rare link between leadership and development in communities.

In 2019, he was nominated as the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Enugu State, a nomination which gave both colour and purpose to the ticket. As in his earlier outing, he ran, together with his team, an efficient campaign of facts without bitterness which inspired tremendous faith in many and which, in fact, caused the ruling party to tremble and sit up.

In recognition of his astuteness, when the APC in Enugu State was embroiled in crisis of confidence, the party reached out to him to come to the rescue as State Caretaker Committee Chairman, a call which he accepted, rising to the occasion with a clear sense of mission and decisiveness that calmed the otherwise troubled waters of the party in the state.

Chukwunta is an architect of peace, a democrat at heart, a believer in democracy and a believer in the freedom of the people. And a believer that those who want freedom to prevail must of necessity be vigilant as vigilance is the price of freedom. A believer that peace is the rational end of rational men, Chukwunta also espouses the ideal that if people live together or communities exist in mutual tolerance of one another, mankind would accomplish much more. He believes that the problems bedeviling our nation are man-made and therefore, can be solved by men if we elect people who are prepared for service in public offices.

A pragmatic and centrist politician, his working phrase is that ‘I am because we are’ upon which he carries on his crusade of doing good with the conviction of a pilgrim: let us not grow weary of doing good, for in good season we shall reap. He is the Eze Omeogo of Obeagu kingdom, a title bestowed on him by a grateful community and fondly re-echoed by excited beneficiaries of his philanthropic gestures.

Nigerian student was shot this afternoon by police men In Eruwa Oyo State
According the reports, it was gathered the student just defended his project yesterday.

Akinsuyi Samuel, a business Administration finalist of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa has been shot at the leg by a yet-to-be-identified officer of the Nigeria Police Force on his way from Eruwa to Ibadan on Friday 11th March 2022.
It was gathered that Samuel and his friends were in their personal vehicle travelling down to Ibadan when they were stopped by some police men and one of them fired a bullet at his leg in the passenger's seat right inside the car.


Samuel just concluded his Ordinary National Diploma and defended his project this week.
He has been taken to Awojobi clinic at Eruwa for treatment and presently cannot walk on his feet as he was seen been moved about on a wheel chair.


A protest had therefore been led by the Students' Union Government of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa to the Divisional Police Headquarters at New Garage Eruwa to demand justice against the brutality and fetch out the criminal.

According to the Students' Union President, Comrade Musa Aanuoluwapo said the brutality has been tolerated to the extreme and would no longer be overlooked.

"This is one of our students and we all are fed up of the inhumane acts of the Nigerian Police Force who fire shots indiscriminately, the police officer must be identified and reprimanded."

Meanwhile there has not been any positive response from the Divisional Police Officer DPO Lawani Godwin regarding the brutal occurrence.
