This incident happened after i shifted to my apartment in lagos state. i was excited. I unpacked my bags and went to sleep. that night i felt a very cold breeze around me but i ignored it and went to sleep. the next day i got up and saw a mark on my wrist , it burned a lot so, i took some ice out of the fridge and put it on my wrist foe 20 minutes . I felt that someone was holding my wrist so tightly that it became red so i thought to go to the doctor nearby. The doctor said i will be fine in few days

When i went back to my apartment there was a note lying in front of my door saying ''WE ARE COMING'' i was shocked and ran back inside, there was weird things happening , i was terrified.

Then the next day around 11:30pm somebody knocked on the door. I was already scared because of the shadow. So i tried calling my parents but they were not picking up or replying my messages, i kept trying and the person outside kept knocking ,i opened the door and it was my parents, i felt relived and hugged them







After some while someone again knocked on the door . When i went to open the door it was 2 police officers standing and asked me ''are u vanessa paul '', and i said '' yes am vanessa paul, what is the matter,

the policemen said ''maam am sorry but your parents died in a car crash and these are their phone and father's wallet.
I said to the policemen '' this might be a wrong information because my parents are with me, see'' As i turned around ,there was nobody only a note saying ''WE ARE HOME''




I started crying and said thanks to the policemen and closed the door, went to my room and cried all night


now, i have a normal life but, i always have a question in my mind

The witch took hold of her and pulled off all her fine clothes that she then put it on herself. Covering Gulliveig with a dirty old cloak, the witch pushed her into the stone boat and with a shove set the boat sailing back from whence it came from. Before long the boat was quite out of sight.
Before long the boat was quite out of sight. As soon as the stone boat was longer visible, Agnar began to cry. the witch tried to hush the baby the baby but he just kept on wailing and in the end Sigurd awoke and came up on desk to see what was the matter.
The witch had taken on a human form so Sigurd did not notice anything amiss although he was astonished when the supposed princess spoke to him in great anger, complaining that Sigurd should not have left her alone. She had never raised her voice to him before, but he was so busy trying to calm Agnar that he thought no more of it.
When they finally sailed into port it was to be greeted with the sad news the sad news that the old king had died. Sigurd was crowned king in his place and he set about restoring his kingdom to happiness. All went all except that Agnar hardly stopped crying from morn to night, though he had been such a good child before. Sigurd decided the child needed a nurse and as soon as she took over looking after him, Agnar stopped crying.
After a while it seemed to Sigurd that his princess, who was now a queen has changed towards him since the voyage. He began to think that perhaps he had not made a good choice of wife after all. She was always grumpy and spiteful and spent a great deal of time locked away in her own room
The nurse looked after Agnar as though he was her own and she could help but notice that the boy always cried whenever the queen was near. But she kept quiet about this. Then one evening as she was putting Agnar to bed there was a flash of pure white light and a great hole opened up in the floor. A beautiful woman, dressed all in white with great iron chain around her waist rose up through the hole and carried Agnar in her arms and covered him with kisses, tears rolling down her face all the while . Then she sank back through the floor that closed up behind her.

CHAPTER ONE
Long long ago when the winter winds blow icy cold from the north, there lived a king and queen who had a son called Sigurd. He was a mighty warrior but he had a kind hear. The king was growing old and frail and it was his great desire that Sigurd should have a wife by his side when he came to rule after him. The king had a girl in mind , princess Gulliveig, but she lived in a kingdom far across the sea. Sigurd was happy to embark on this quest for his bride and so he set off for many weeks until he reached the shores of her home.
Sigurd and Gulliveig were married and and in time had a son. A son whom they called Agnar. He was a happy child and he never cried or fretted.
News came that Sigurd's father was near to death so Sigurd and his wife and child set sail with a great haste. Sigurd piled on the sails so the boat would make good time,taking no time for himself and encouraging sailors to keep up with speed. Eventually he could not stay awake a moment longer so he went below and lay down, leaving Gulliveig and Agnar on deck. He was not long gone before Gulliveig saw a black boat sailing over the horizon. As it came nearer, she could see the boat was made of stone, with only one person on board. The stone boat drew alongside and the most dreadfully ugly witch clambered up beside the princess. In her terror, Gulliveig became as stone herself, quite unable to move or cry out. The witch took hold of her and pulled off her fine clothes then she put it on herself
