The implications of this ruling is that the boy will not be given protection and asylum again. David is coming back to Nigeria.

I honestly do not think that the boy in this current circumstance will be deported to Nigeria.

The onus now lies with the Ekweremadus to actually prove that there was a tangible evidence showing the boy David actually gave his consent willingly to donate his kidney or was induced by financial gains. If it is not proven that he voluntarily gave consent, then the Ekweremadus are going in for it.

in another case, even if the boy gave his consent before coming to the UK, he can enter asylum as his life is already in danger should he ever step his feet into Nigeria as per the current circumstance
