WantsandMore:Let's look at Xiaomi 200W charging. The 200W HyperCharge tech needs a charger that can support the speed and a phone that can handle the extra power. That is to say, it’s up to the user to decide whether to use the 200W charger or a regular one. The faster charger will require a separate purchase (for some company it comes in side the box). Using the 200W power only in emergency situations might help save the phone’s battery health. When asked about battery health degradation related to the new charging speed. Xiaomi answered that the battery capacity would drop to 80% after 800 charging cycles at 200W. So you might have to think twice about using 200W charging frequently. Xiaomi said that its findings are better than the current regulations in China that say smartphone battery life should degrade to 60% only after at least 400 cycles. That’s an incredibly low bar for battery health. Oppo also confirmed that its 40W battery charging tech degrades the battery health to 70% capacity in the same number of cycles that 15W needs to lower the maximum capacity to 90%. My advice is to get maybe a normal 45w to charge the phone as normal and only use the 120w in emergency situation like when your neighbour on gen for 20 min to pump water ![]() |

I happen to be in the choir dept. in my church, i play drums not singing. For the past two years that i've been in the choir, the ladies and young girls are being brainwashed regarding guys and men. To the extent no physical contact is allowed between opposite sex. It has gotten to the extent that if as a guy you can even sit beside a girl in the choir stand. Now that have caused some serious damages. CASE STUDY. Our choir mistress have joined the choir for more than 5yrs or so. She's is going to her late thirties(34) and she is still single. The pastor have been telling right from time not to have anything to do with a man, that her husband is abroad not in nigeria. The lady mumu follow, now she is 34 and unmarried, because she reject anyman that ask for her hand in marriage. Right now, she's fed up with the whole thing, last sunday the pastor ordered all the choristers to fast and pray on her behalf for God to make her oversea husband locate her. How do i advice her that prayer without work is fruitless? |
What Is the World’s Fastest Charging Phone? The fastest charging phone right now is arguably the Redmi Note 12 Explorer from Xiaomi, which comes with a 210W maximum charging speed. It's 4,300mAh battery can fill up from 0-100% in around 9 minutes. A close runner-up is the iQOO 10 Pro that comes with a top charging speed of 200W, which is advertised as enough to juice up the phone from 0-100% in about 10 minutes. Of course, i can't forget to mention OnePlus here too, as the OnePlus 10T supports 160W and with the SuperVOOC charger. The upcoming GT Neo 5 by Realme will support 240w charging speed, 0 to 100% in 10mins. |
How Does Fast Charging Work? Watt is the SI unit for Power. Power is the product of the current in amperes and the voltage in volts. Increasing the current or voltage also increases the power that flows through the charger and into the device. In fast charging, either the voltage or current is increased—while the other stays put. When the voltage increases, the device heats up faster while thicker cables are needed when the current is increased instead. Different companies have their fast charging techniques. Some of them include: ¤Qualcomm (Quick Charge) ¤USB Power Delivery. ¤OnePlus (Dash Charge). ¤Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging ¤Huawei’s (Super Charge) ¤MediaTek (Pump Express or PE)] ¤OnePlus Warp Charging |
Many new smartphones come with the fast charging feature. Unlike the preceding years, we no longer need to wait for hours on end before we can recharge the batteries of our devices. Manufacturers nowadays boast of fast charging speeds and phones that could get charged in less than 30mins. There are even phones that claim to get 100% charged in 20 minutes or less! So, what is the fastest charging phone? How does fast charging work? Let's take a look. What Is Fast Charging? As the name implies, fast charging is a feature that enables you to charge or power your device in less time than you would for a normal device. Fast charging entails sending more power into your device in a relatively short period of time. In fast charging, the number of watts (W) entering into your device's battery is increased. The average smartphone receives about 2.5W to 6W while charging from its USB port. Fast chargers raise that amount about 10 times, with some phones heading towards 240W! You should note that not all phones support fast charging and that all chargers aren't fast chargers. For fast charging to work, you need a charger and a phone that supports fast charging. So, if you use a fast charger on a phone that doesn't support fast charging, or doesn't have the fast charging features, it would charge at normal speed. The same thing happens when you use a normal charger on a fast charging phone—your phone gets charged at normal speed. |
