I just got this from UKVI after getting the “SLA not met Non complex” email on the 7th of January. Has any other person gotten this?

My sister applied for a UK student visa from Nigeria and completed her biometrics on December 15th. We have only received an email saying more time is needed, and school has already resumed since January 12th. Does anyone have advice on what we can do next?

I also submitted my application on 15th of July. Have you gotten a decision email from UKVI?
