An update, I reached out to Support and they were able to make the residential plan work for me.

Hello, can I know how long it took for support to respond to you and fix your issue. I am a new subscriber and my only options seem to be the residential plan (which is full) and the mobile priority plans (which are ridiculously expensive and also might not even work for me).
