No you can not come with a visitor visa and then change status for studies . If you wish to come for study then you have to apply for student visa.

I have done everything, doing it by myself,l have sent my documents to my school in Bulgaria and they have translate the documents and have forwarded to the Bulgaria ministry of education and science,, please I want to know,,. How long will it take for them to approve,, please help me, I'm really anticipating....
