RESULTS OF VOTING WERE COLLATED MANUALLY, RATIFIED AND ANNOUNCED BY INEC.
Even if voting results exist on a server, they were typed in based on the previously MANUALLY collated results which the presiding electoral officers ratified.

It is evident that atiku supporters comprise mainly of the low IQ section of the Nigerian populace, many of whom, after thousands of 'likes' and 'shares' for atiku, still haven't learnt any lesson.

My states have metro line and standard gauge railway. P/H is the third most important city in Nigeria after Lagos and Abuja, hence, deserves a monorail.

The fact that someone is supporting Wike doesn't mean one should ignore the benefits the monorail brings to P/h.

dnt mind that guy, sharks to utc is still #50 so hw does the monorail reduce cost, there is hardly any traffic from sharks to waterlines so hw does the monorial reduce congestion, new goods coming into ph does nt follow through that route coz there are no warehouses along those routes so how does it help us to move goods. Because he is ignorant at best. The monorail has phases. The first phase 1A was from Sharks to UTC while phase 1B extends from UTC to North of waterline. The total distance would be 5.4 kilometres which is even longer than that of Moscow monorail currently operating.

Is P/H better than Moscow?
