American rapper Megan Thee Stallion is currently recovering from bullet wounds she sustained on 15th July, 2020.

He didn't grab the number one spot this time around, but he comes in third place just behind African artists Ninho and Soolking who are in the second and first spots respectively, with the first being Congolese and the latter an Algerian.
Other American artists like Justin Bieber, Drake, Billie Eilish, The Weeknd etc are also in the list of top 20 most streamed artists in Africa (2020).
