The recognized Birth certificate is that issued by National Population Commission through Local government though Affidavit for age declaration is also acceptable.

Shippers council(dragnet office) is close to my office. From Agege take a brt to oshodi,(70 or 100) from oshodi where the brt stops, take the pedestrian bridge to the other side of the road or ask anyone where you can get a brt going to Apapa(120naira). The first bustop approaching apapa after you descend the bridge is barracks you will the police barracks alight there, i trek from there when not in a hurry tho, but you should take a bike just tell them shippers council(50naira) close to Apapa shoprite.

First of all, the story I put up there is a true story of my life, you were never a porn addict so you have no idea what it feels like to have your brain messed up by porn.
