Age doesn't matter as long as u both are really into each other.as a lady my fiance is 13 year's older and we r doing fine and I feel complete. He has agreed that I graduate before we get married, cos he doesn't want to be selfish, well friendship matters a lot in this type of relationship

Vessi: 50 sit-ups every morning won't hurt.
It used to be difficult for me, now it's no longer.

Also, I know other couple of exercises you can practise to get a flat stomach, but then I don't have their names.
And yeah you can perform sit-up in anytime of the day.
