ExAngel007: President Bola Tinubu has sacked five ministers from his cabinet.
The affected ministers are Uju Kennedy- Ohanenye, minister of women affairs; Lola Ade- John, the minister of tourism; and Jamila Bio Ibrahim, minister of youth development.
Tahir Mamman was also relieved of his duty as the minister of education while Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo was let go as minister of state, housing and urban development.
The termination of their appointment was announced at the federal executive council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.
“The president thanked the outgoing members of the Federal Executive Council for their service to the nation while wishing them the best in their future endeavours,” the presidency said in a statement.
“He then charged the newly appointed ministers as well as their reassigned colleagues to see their appointment as a call to serve the nation. “He added that all appointees must understand the administration’s eagerness and determination
to set Nigeria on the path to irreversible growth and invest the best of their abilities into the actualisation of the government’s priorities.”
The president also announced the re- assignment of 10 ministers to new portfolios and the nomination of seven new ministers for onward transmission to the senate for confirmation.

Dear Netanyahu,
There is a certain tribe supporting you from Nigeria. Normally, that would be a good thing, right? Some people bring good luck—well, not them. They jinx everything they support. Think about it: the Iron Dome stopped working not because of the technology but because of the curse they carry.
If you don’t tell them to stop supporting you, the next Iranian missile will land on your head. Their jinx is that bad! |

2special: It depends on her personality, you know her better.... I didn't know her well at all. We met only on her weddings. It's not uncommon for a bride to be swept off her feet and elope with another man( I have seen it happen). and again I believe there are women who will use her better education to help her family. Or aren't there? |

I love patronizing small businesses the reason I give myself is that they appreciate patronage and that I would love to see everyone eat at the end of the day. But digging deeper I am beginning to think that my love for small business is as a result of my hatred for success which bigger brand represent.
My friend newly got married he wanted to enroll his wife for M.sc. I told him too much exposure and education for woman is bad for marriage and wives are best as FT house-wife My friend listened. did I save my friend's marriage or just ruined someone's daughter career? Please nairalanders I need your honest input

When Obj was in power, hope you saw how he handled OPC right? Tell me how have Buhari handled Fulani herdsmen terrorism? If you think Fulanis are happy with the Killings all over the country Think again They are at the receiving ends of most of these criminalities as 80% of it are happening in their own backyards. |

TruthHurts1: When the 1966 military coup which was led by mainly Igbo officers was carried out, and which led to the deaths of the Premier of the Northern Region and the Prime Minister, thousands of ordinary Igbos who were living in the North were killed. Nobody defended their rights or stood up for them. So why don't the FULL ANUS people want a taste of their own medicine? Two wrongs doesn't make a right. Let's stop silly generations Enough victimization to herders whose only business in the south is plain cattle rearing |
