@Efetobore1980 or anyone with an upto date information on the earliest B1/B2 visa appointment date I will possibly get in Abuja before I submitted the ds 160, my friend that book in September 2025 said it did get a date for March 2026 but it been 3month so I believe It might have changed

The applicant's DS-160 is not the reason. The reason is that the applicant has a registerd avits amentum account and you are trying to register another account for him/her.

That apart, you must start your clients visa process with a completed DS-160 (principal applicant) and all traveling member must have completed separate DS-160s.

Also note that there is no group appointment option on Nigeria avits. You can only book Family-group appointment, and be careful with the group visa fee payments procedures.

The application is for my 90years dad, my sister and brother, I have created ds 160 for each of them but not yet submitted as I'm not sure of what appointment date is available, my sister and brother have been refused in around 2019 so I believe they might have an account but sadly even my dad new avits account still giving me the same error after I input passport number and ds 160 number starting with AA00F

It been like a month that I had been trying to schedule a group or individual appointment on Avits but keep the following error that Your information could not be verified, please try again. To check your on file DS-160 number, date of birth and passport number please login at the following link. Though I haven't yet submit the applicant ds 160 but I can't say if that's the reason
