I met a lady in a brothel over a month ago and since then after we had sex, with condom though, i have been strangely ill and fast emaciating. Am losing strength daily and there's no medical findings that has given me any tangible results or diagnosis. I fear for my life as it is seeing how this is going. I need varied advice or directions as to what to do to stay alive.

My challenge is that i have been very sick since i met this particularly lady. I forget to take the condom i used in the hotel where she lodged and i left in a hurry. I have become very sick and drying up inside. I cannot eat. Even when i manage to eat it doesnt come out as excreta, but blood. My entire system seems to be drying up evey passing day. I have gone for random checkups at the hospital but nothing has been diagnosed. This condition seems to be worsening with this unbearable pain inside and arou d my stomach, including my whole body.
I dont know what to do to get relief and complete solution to this challenge. I need help.
