What makes you think that someone that will pay N400m for a property will call you up because you listed a property when there's nothing to attract him to the listing.
Secondly, detailed pictures show that you are actually authorized to sell the property and also it allows the individual buying to do his own background verification on the said property.

I believe each flat should have its own single phase meter. At least there won't be arguments about payment of bills

Why would you want to alter the factory configuration of a car based on the advice of a roadside mechanic?
Do you know understand that there's a reason for making your compressor clutchless (auto)? Do you also understand that the ECU (brain box) was configured to regulate the auto compressor in relation to the overall engine performance?
All I can tell you is that once you do that you've kissed your car goodbye.
Why don't you buy the same type of compressor even if it is used or better still sell the car and buy the Peugeot 508 or Camry big daddy and then enjoy manual AC full blast.

Now the same police cannot hold a murderer in their custody for 48hrs. They should tell that to the winds. I won't be surprised that the murderer killed the young girl and took her parts for rituals on behalf of some other high profile individuals and when it got burst they facilitated his escape by greasing the willing palms of the Nigerian Police.
May the cries of the parents of this girl that was killed in this dehumanising manner haunt all those that are accomplices in the killing and the escape.

Sometimes I wonder whether people realise that cars are not assets that you expect to sell at a margin. You've bought a car, used it for a while and come to claim "bought brand new", "barely used", "first body", etc. Who cares really?
The fact remains that it is a used car and it is the market in most cases that determines what they will pay for the car. If you are not happy then you stay with your car or better learn how not to spend a lot of money buying cars.

I have been using my car for the past 3½ years now, some persons will use their car for 3 months without changing the oil and oil filter, this is the major problem with Nigerians. Whether na new car, changing oil every month is very necessary for the durability of the car. This is my first time here, hit the like button for me

Did you realise that Tony Elumelu was the post Merger CEO of the new UBA immediately after the merger. How could a branch manager of a bank in one obscure location turn out to be the CEO of a merger group. What happened to the MD/CEO of both banks? What about all the Executive Directors and Regional Heads?

Tony Elumelu acquired a failed bank and turned it into STB and ran it as it's CEO from 1997 to 2005 when the merger happened. Because UBA was perceived to have more brand value they retained the name. The Red colour and current Logo are from STB. Tony had so much influence in the merger and that made him the CEO of the new UBA until he left due to Sanusi's policy on how long a bank CEO can serve.
