I witnessed this same thing but because I picked UK, I couldn't go further to click on any other thing. But when I clicked on 'References' I saw 'References (German Applicants only)'.


Everyone seems to be posting but no one is sure.

However, I will only talk about my observation on Saturday, August 19, 2023 between 4.30 - 5.30 pm.

I logged in and I saw another menu tagged 'References'. I clicked on it and saw what was written that the section is for German Applicants Only. I clicked it and I was presented with a form to input Academic or Professional References. Since I had not gotten any information about the scholarship, I did not fill.

Later, the References Menu disappeared. I traced the URL and tried accessing but I noticed that access had been restricted.

There is also something strange I notice on the portal under the Academic Information Menu. I noticed the Edit Button. I am not sure if it had been there before or it was recent. I know that anytime it is clicked, there is access restriction.[/quote]
